1. Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") forms part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy between Biterise.online, a crypto investment consultation platform, and the User ("Data Subject") or any third-party Processor acting on behalf of the Data Subject.
This Agreement governs how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and transferred by Biterise in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
2. Definitions
"Data Controller": The party determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.
"Data Processor": The party processing data on behalf of the controller.

Cryptocurrency holdings (non-wallet-specific)

User preferences and activity logs
6. Purpose of Processing
The data is processed solely for:
Providing crypto consultation services
Improving platform features and UX
Responding to inquiries and feedback
Legal compliance and fraud prevention
Delivering targeted communications (with consent)
7. Responsibilities of Biterise.online (Processor)
We agree to:
Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Data Controller
Ensure confidentiality and security of data
Assist the Controller in fulfilling data subject rights (access, correction, deletion)
Notify the Controller of any data breaches without undue delay
Maintain records of all categories of processing activities
Ensure that personnel authorized to process personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations
8. Sub-Processors
Biterise may engage sub-processors, such as:
Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean)
Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo)
A full list is available upon request. We will notify you of any intended changes to these subprocessors.
9. International Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards such as:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
Transfers to countries with an adequacy decision
10. Data Retention
